Online ordering
Branded ordering on your own website — pickup and delivery with zone checks, scheduled slots, promo codes, GST-inclusive totals and live order tracking.

What it is
Online ordering is a native part of your NexDine website: guests browse your live menu, order for pickup or delivery, pay by card or wallet, and follow their order on a live tracker. It is your brand, your domain and your guest relationship — not a marketplace app's.
What problem it solves
Marketplace apps put their brand between you and your guest and take a cut of every order. Ordering on your own site keeps the relationship and the margin, and because it reads the same menu, prices and kitchen your venue already runs on, there is nothing to keep in sync.
How it works
-
Guests order from the ordering page on your website — the same menu your admin manages, with categories grouped the way your kitchen thinks, and the day's effective prices already applied.
-
At checkout they choose pickup or delivery. Delivery addresses are checked against your delivery zones before the order can be placed, and the delivery fee appears as its own line.
-
They pick a time: as soon as possible, or a scheduled slot. When the venue is closed, the picker offers the next open slots instead of turning the guest away — an after-hours craving becomes tomorrow's first order.
-
The summary shows everything in GST-inclusive dollars: subtotal, delivery fee, any card or weekend/public-holiday surcharge as its own labelled line, and the total. A promo code field applies your active promotions.
-
The guest pays by card or, on supporting devices, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The order lands in your order pipeline and fires to the kitchen like any other.
-
A confirmation page shows the receipt, and the tracking page follows the order live through pending, confirmed, preparing and ready, with an estimated time — no refreshing, no "where's my order?" phone calls.
Everything inside the system
- Branded ordering pages native to your website, reading your live menu and effective prices.
- Pickup and delivery with delivery-zone checking and per-zone fees.
- Scheduled orders with a slot picker, including next-open slots when you are closed.
- Promo codes, GST-inclusive totals, and surcharge lines shown honestly at checkout.
- Card and wallet payments, order confirmation with a receipt, and live status tracking with an estimated time.
This is built into NexDine — there is no separate online-ordering product to buy or embed. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you also sell through delivery marketplaces, an optional Deliverect connection brings those orders into the same pipeline, set up and managed from inside NexDine.
