From enquiry to go-live
The exact path from first look to a live venue — explore plans, send a four-step enquiry, and land on your own dashboard.
Updated 2 August 2026
Switching systems feels risky, and the fear is rarely about the software — it is about not knowing what happens between "I'm interested" and "we're live". This page shows the exact path, step by step, so there are no surprises.
Step 1 — Explore plans on the pricing page
Start at the pricing page. Alongside ready-made tiers there is a plan builder: tick the features your venue actually needs and your estimated monthly price updates live as you go. If a ready-made plan would cover your selection for less, the builder tells you so.
The pricing page also spells out what is always included at every tier, how card processing fees are passed through at cost with no markup, and — for each feature — what you provide versus what we handle at setup. Every consumer-facing figure on the platform is GST-inclusive.
Step 2 — Complete the enquiry wizard
When you are ready, head to the get-started wizard. It takes a few minutes and has four steps:
- Business — your venue name, type, location, number of sites and team size.
- Contact — who we should reply to.
- Features — the same catalogue as the plan builder, grouped by category, with a running estimated monthly total.
- Review — your budget range, rough timeline, any notes, and a recap of everything you chose.
Step 3 — Your reference and our reply
On submission you get a reference code straight away, and a confirmation lands in your inbox. A real person from the NexDine team replies within 48 hours with a tailored quote and a rollout plan for your venue.
Step 4 — We provision your workspace
Once you confirm, the NexDine team provisions your workspace: your venue name, branding, the features you chose, and your admin accounts. You do not install anything — you receive your sign-in details when it is ready.
Step 5 — First login
Your first login lands on your dashboard. A setup checklist is waiting there to walk your team through the first week — inviting staff, adding menu items and placing a test order. That path is covered in the next guide, Your first week.
