Tasks & shift checklists
Recurring shift checklists with sign-off, and a venue task board that the rest of the platform feeds automatically.

What it is
Two tools that keep the operational routine alive: shift checklists for the recurring work (opening, closing, line checks, sanitation), and a task board for everything else — including tasks the rest of the platform raises for you automatically.
What problem it solves
Opening and closing routines usually live in one person's head, and they leave when that person is on leave. Checklists make the routine explicit and verifiable — with timestamps, captured values and sign-off — and a missed run does not quietly vanish: it becomes a task someone owns.
How it works
-
Build checklist templates for your routines — opening, closing, sanitation, line checks, cash counts, handovers or fully custom. Assign each template to front of house, back of house, management or everyone, and set its schedule: which days, which daypart window, and when it falls due.
-
Checklist items go beyond tick-boxes: a step can require text, a number, a photo, a scan, a signature or a temperature reading — so "bins out" is a tick but "coolroom temp" is a recorded value.
-
Staff run the checklist on shift. Each step records who completed it and when; the run itself carries start and finish times and a PIN sign-off. One run exists per template per day — no duplicates, no confusion.
