Menu management
Edit the menu once and every surface — website, QR, kiosk, tablet, online ordering — updates instantly.

What it is
Menu management is the single home for everything you sell: menus, items, photos, prices, customisations, allergens and availability. Edit once in admin, and every guest-facing surface — your website menu, QR table ordering, the kiosk, tablets and online ordering — shows the change instantly.
What problem it solves
In a typical venue the same menu lives in four or five places — the website, the delivery apps, the till, the laminated card — and a price change takes a week to reach them all, if it ever does. Here the menu exists once. There is nothing to sync because there is nothing separate to sync with.
How it works
-
Manage menus in the menu workbench: items, modifiers, dayparts and kitchen assignment, with drag-and-drop ordering that carries straight through to what guests see.
-
Each item carries everything the platform needs: price (GST-inclusive — the number on the menu is the number the guest pays), photo, description, allergens, dietary tags, prep time, an availability window for items that start at a certain hour, and badges like best seller or chef's pick.
-
Define per item — sizes, add-ons, cooking preferences — as modifier groups with required/optional flags and selection limits. The same groups drive the dish modal on every ordering surface.
