   Pilot cohort 2026 opens

   Two venues in pilot on the same shipped codebase. Founder-led onboarding, with our team loading the menu, recipes and suppliers. One venue keeps the till it already runs; the other uses NexDine as its till.

2. Pig & Whistle Hotel joins the pilotPilot

   Second pilot: a country pub joins

   Pig & Whistle Hotel (Trentham East, VIC) joined the pilot. Its own phone line, the unified inbox and bookings are configured; the pub keeps running its Square till.

3. Ikigailand joins the pilotPilot

   First pilot: a three-kitchen venue joins

   Ikigailand joined the pilot on front of house, back of house and the kitchen, with NexDine as its point of sale.

4. Integrations cohort wiredIntegrations

   Provider interface and the first connectors

   Every external system moved behind one provider interface. Microsoft 365 and SevenRooms are connected and syncing at the pub.

5. Security baseline shippedSecurity

   Tenant isolation baseline

   Row-Level Security across every tenant-bound table, immutable audit log, OWASP-aligned rate limiting, strict CSP, HSTS, and envelope-encrypted integration secrets. All shipped and enforced on every request.

6. First closed alphaMilestone

   Internal alpha across all six departments

   Service, kitchen, money, people, comms, compliance: every department's primary surface running end-to-end against a real schema. Used internally before the first pilot opened.
