What it is
Gift cards sell themselves from a purchase studio on your website — the buyer designs the card with a live preview, pays online, and the recipient gets it by email on the day the buyer chooses. Admin tracks every card's balance and the total liability sitting on your books.
What problem it solves
Paper vouchers get lost, forged and never reconciled — most venues can't say how much gift card liability they're carrying, and the buyer experience is a phone call. An online studio sells cards while you sleep, and a proper ledger means finance always knows the outstanding balance.
How it works

The buyer opens the purchase studio on your website, picks a preset amount or types their own within your limits, and writes a short note. The card preview updates live as they type — what they see is what the recipient gets.

They choose delivery now or on a future date — a birthday card bought tonight arrives on the birthday — and pay by card, with a receipt emailed to the buyer and the card emailed to the recipient on schedule.

In admin, every card shows its balance and status, with totals for cards issued, outstanding liability and average balance. Staff can issue cards directly — including in bulk — adjust a balance with a recorded reason, and void or reactivate a card.

When a guest spends a card, your team applies it against the balance in admin with a full adjustment trail, and guests can check their own card balance any time from the guest portal.
