How pilots are covered today.
Until the public terms are signed off, every pilot operator gets a direct, written contract with Divergent Digital Studio Pty Ltd. That contract covers everything that the public terms will eventually cover.
Interim arrangement
- Bilateral contract signed by both parties before onboarding begins.
- Data processing addendum aligned with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
- A written agreement, renewed each year, with terms confirmed 30 days ahead.
- Single point of escalation: the founders at Divergent Digital Studio.
