This list is published for review alongside the draft Privacy Policy. It is accurate as at the last-updated date. Once the Privacy Policy takes effect, we will give operators notice before adding a new platform sub-processor.
This summary is written for readability and forms no part of the document. Where it differs from a clause below, the clause governs.
A sub-processor is a service provider that may handle personal information so that NexDine can work. Each one is engaged under a written agreement that limits it to our instructions, requires appropriate security, restricts onward disclosure, and requires it to tell us about an incident.
Where a provider operates outside Australia, we take the reasonable steps APP 8 requires before disclosing personal information to it.
These run only where a venue has connected them. If your venue has not connected an integration, no data goes to that provider.
Connecting an integration is a disclosure of personal information by your venue to that provider. Your venue should check the provider's own privacy terms before connecting it.
We will give operators at least 30 days' notice before we add a new platform sub-processor that will handle personal information. Notice goes to your account's registered email.
If you object to a new platform sub-processor on reasonable grounds, tell us. If we cannot resolve your objection, you may terminate without penalty and receive a pro-rata refund of fees paid in advance.
Removing a provider, or replacing one with an equivalent in the same country, does not require notice.
