Three things the kitchen stops doing by hand
All three are live in the product today. None of them needs a sensor, a new till, or a rebuild of how your kitchen works.
Food safety
Your team enters fridge, freezer and hot-hold temperatures on a phone or tablet. The Food Standards Code limits are built in, so a reading outside them asks for the corrective action on the spot. Daily checklist readings become the record too, and the page shows which days are covered and which are not.
Prep and ordering
The sales forecast becomes a dish count, and the dish count becomes a prep list, sauces and stocks included. The supplier order covers forecast usage up to your next delivery, with your par level as the floor. No forecast yet, and it says so and uses a four-week average instead.
The weekly number
Every Monday the kitchen gets food cost as a percentage and waste in dollars, next to last week. Food cost is on the ex-GST basis a GST-registered venue reports on, and it says whether the figure is actual or theoretical. Too few days costed, and it withholds the number instead of guessing.
Connect Square and NexDine imports the catalogue, maps your items, and reads each sale with its discounts, refunds and tips kept apart. GST comes across as Square recorded it, in Australian dollars. If you would rather take a till from us, NexDine has its own POS with Stripe and a Stripe Terminal reader.
Doshii brings Uber Eats, DoorDash and your direct channel into the same ticket flow as the floor. Deliverect is coming soon.

Try the AR sampleEach venue's data is kept apart from the first commit, every sensitive change is audited from the first request, and Australian rules apply from day one.
Row-level security checks every query, and each venue is sealed off at the database layer. By construction, there is no path for one venue's data to reach another.
Every sensitive change lands in an append-only audit trail: who made it, what they did, the data they sent and which venue it was. A venue can add to the log and read it, but it cannot rewrite or delete what it records.
Temperature records are checked against the Food Standards Code limits, with an inspector pack covering the 3 months Standard 3.2.2A (clause 12) asks a category one business to keep. BAS preparation runs on a GST engine, and the liquor register flags RSA certificates that are about to expire.
GST is federal and 10%. We extract it from the GST-inclusive price a guest sees rather than adding it on top. Dates, currency, addresses and phone numbers are Australian in every default, seed and fallback.
Your POS, accounting, mail, calendar and payments each sit behind a provider interface, so you can switch a vendor without us rebuilding the platform.
Retention, export, deletion and right-to-be-forgotten flows are defined for each class of data. Backups, restores and disaster recovery plans are documented.
