Social content studio
Plan, approve and schedule social posts across your channels from one studio, with an approvals queue and a content-ideas backlog.
Updated 2 August 2026
What it is
The social content studio is where your venue's posting gets planned instead of improvised: a calendar of what's scheduled, an approvals queue so nothing goes out unreviewed, a backlog of content ideas, and the status of every post from draft through to published.
What problem it solves
Socials go quiet the moment service gets busy — because posting depends on someone having a spare minute and a good idea at the same time. Separating planning from posting fixes it: content is drafted and approved in calm moments, then goes out on schedule during the busy ones.
How it works
-
Draft posts in the studio and line them up on the calendar, alongside a content-ideas backlog to draw from when the well is dry.
-
Posts that need sign-off sit in the approvals queue — a manager approves or declines, so brand control doesn't depend on who happens to hold the account password.
-
Approved posts are scheduled and tracked through their statuses — draft, pending approval, scheduled, publishing, published — with failures flagged rather than silently lost.
-
The connected accounts panel shows each linked social account and when it last published, so an expired connection is caught before a quiet week goes unnoticed.
Everything inside the system
- Planning calendar with scheduled and recent posts.
- Approvals queue with per-post decisions.
- Post lifecycle tracking from draft to published, with failure visibility.
- Content-ideas backlog.
- Connected-accounts panel covering the studio's supported channels: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
This is built into NexDine — there is no separate scheduling tool to buy. Posts go out through your own connected social accounts (external), and the planning, approval and scheduling all happen from inside NexDine.
