One platform, not eight
If a feature belongs in service, kitchen, money, people, comms, or compliance — it belongs in NexDine. Not in a sister product, not in an add-on store.
NexDine is the unified restaurant operating platform from Divergent Digital Studio. One database, one login, the whole shift — service, kitchen, money, people, comms, compliance. Built in Australia, for Australian hospitality first.
Where the studio is today
Most modern restaurants run on five to ten disconnected tools — POS, reservations, delivery tablets, CRM, signage, accounting, payroll, comms — each with its own login, its own data, its own version of the truth. Reconciling them costs operators hours a week and erases the data that should be driving the next shift.
We rebuilt the stack as one platform with one database. The waiter, the chef, the bookkeeper, and the AI chief-of-staff all read and write the same rows — no copy-paste, no nightly export, no second source of truth.
Divergent Digital Studio is the boutique product studio that designs and ships NexDine. We work the way the platform is built — small team, founder-on-the-floor, ship-when-it's-ready.
Amir founded Divergent Digital Studio to build software the way operators wish it was built — fewer tools, more depth, real responsibility for what ships. NexDine is the studio's first restaurant platform.
We don't run a sales team. We don't sell on demos. The studio's commercial relationship with pilot operators is a direct one — founder-led, bilateral, and written down.
These aren't slogans. They're the trade-offs we keep making when we choose what ships and what doesn't.
If a feature belongs in service, kitchen, money, people, comms, or compliance — it belongs in NexDine. Not in a sister product, not in an add-on store.
Manager, AI assistant, accountant, and inspector read the same rows. No second source of truth. No nightly sync job.
Every release goes through a real pilot service before general availability. If it can't survive Saturday night, it doesn't ship.
What's shipped is on the website. What's roadmap is labelled roadmap. We never charge for something we haven't built.
Pilots get the founders, not a CS rep. We sit in the room when it goes live and we answer the phone when it doesn't.
The cohort approach
We're admitting a deliberately small group of venues in 2026. Each gets founder-led onboarding, migration off their current stack, and a direct line back to the studio. The platform gets better when fewer venues run it, more carefully.
We read every application. Founder-led reply, usually within a business day.
