We built NexDine because the stack didn't fit the shift.
NexDine is the kitchen platform from Divergent Digital Studio. It runs on top of the POS a venue already has and makes the kitchen keep its own records. Built in Australia, for Australian hospitality first.

Why we built NexDine
A clipboard is not a record anyone can read.
Every kitchen already measures its fridges, cooks to temperature and bins what it cannot sell. Almost none of it lands anywhere a manager can add up, and the paper that does is unreadable by the time an inspector asks for it. That is the gap we build in.
We built NexDine so a kitchen records its own work as it happens, and gets its prep, its orders and its costs back out of the same data.

Divergent Digital Studio is the boutique product studio that designs and ships NexDine. We work the way the platform is built: small team, founder-on-the-floor, ship-when-it's-ready.

Amir founded Divergent Digital Studio to build software the way operators wish it was built: fewer tools, more depth, real responsibility for what ships. NexDine is the studio's first restaurant platform.
The studio behind the platform
We don't run a sales team. We don't sell on demos. The studio's commercial relationship with pilot operators is a direct one: founder-led, bilateral, and written down.

These aren't slogans. They're the trade-offs we keep making when we choose what ships and what doesn't.
How we work
The kitchen first
If a feature belongs in service, kitchen, money, people, comms or compliance, it belongs in NexDine. Not in a sister product, not in an add-on store.
Same database for everyone
Manager, AI assistant, accountant, and inspector read the same rows. No second source of truth. No nightly sync job.
Ship to a real shift
Every release goes through a real pilot service before general availability. If it can't survive Saturday night, it doesn't ship.
Tell the truth on the box
What's shipped is on the website. What's roadmap is labelled roadmap. We never charge for something we haven't built.
Founder-on-the-floor
Pilots get the founders, not a CS rep. We sit in the room when it goes live and we answer the phone when it doesn't.
A small group, by design.
We're admitting a deliberately small group of venues in 2026. Each gets founder-led onboarding, help loading its menu and recipes, and a direct line back to the studio. The platform gets better when fewer venues run it, more carefully.
