Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase and can be used across multiple visits. They are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable for change of mind. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

- How long is it valid?
- Three years from purchase, which is the minimum Australian Consumer Law allows.
- Can it be used more than once?
- Yes. Whatever is left stays on the card until it is spent or expires.
- What if they lose the email?
- Call us with the name it was bought under and we will find it.
- Can it be spent on an event?
- Yes, including deposits for the upstairs room.
- Is it refundable?
- Gift cards are not refundable for change of mind, but your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
